The site of today’s GW Danube Hotel was once home to Hotel Dunaj – a place with its own history, but one that belonged to a very different era and standard of hospitality. GW chose to build on this legacy in a new way, creating a hotel that meets today’s expectations for design, service and the overall guest experience.
The project also draws on GW’s long-standing experience in hospitality, represented by Hotel Európa in Komárno. GW Danube Hotel therefore marks the next chapter in the story of the GW brand – this time on the banks of the Danube in Štúrovo, Slovakia.
