COTTO Ristorante by GW brings modern Mediterranean gastronomy to Štúrovo, built around quality ingredients, craftsmanship and respect for authentic flavours. Our cuisine draws its inspiration primarily from Italy, while French and Asian influences add a distinctive character of their own.

We believe that great food does not begin at the stove. It begins with the ingredients. That is why we carefully select every detail – from different varieties of tomatoes and high-quality Italian ingredients to premium French and Asian produce, much of it sourced through one of Paris’s best-known food markets.

The menu features fresh pasta, Mediterranean starters, meat and fish dishes, as well as pizza made from long-fermented dough and baked in a traditional Morello Forni oven. We keep our recipes deliberately simple, allowing what matters most to stand out – the natural flavour of the ingredients themselves.

But COTTO is about more than what arrives on the plate. It is about the atmosphere, a glass of good wine, a dinner with no need to rush, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return.
